I found the beds and pillows wonderfully comfortable. the hotel felt very clean, with everything i needed for my stay. the location is excellent for transportation as well. I found theaters, restaurants and shops nearby.
the room was quite basic, it didn't match what i saw online. the receptionist didn't seem to listen when i asked about matching an online rate. plasterwork was peeling in the bathroom.

The hotel lobby includes a coffee machine offering complimentary hot drinks and water. This was a good and helpful amenity. in addition, the hotel provides free water dispensers on each floor, along with plastic bottles.

excellent locationcomfortable bedodd layoutrunning water
the location is excellent. it is a short walk to the holborn tube stop. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the room provided all standard amenities.
the room had a layout very odd. the noise of running water occurred most of the time. it was unsure if it was from the toilet, bath or drains, but it was annoying.
